Ingredients-
Green peas, fresh-300 gms
Chickpeas, soaked-100 gms
Tahina paste-2 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Olive oil-3 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Method-
* Mix all and blend in a food processor.
* Check for seasoning.
* If the hummus is too thick, reserve chickpea liquid and use it to thin down hummus.
