Ingredients-
30 gms whole wheat bread crumbs
30 gms parsley, chopped
30 gms walnut
2 garlic cloves, crushed
zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp walnut oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method-
* Mix all the ingredients together.
* You can coat either lamb, chicken or fish.
NOTE- Can be grilled or shallow fried.
