Ingredients-
125 gms chocolate
125 gms butter
2 eggs
150 gms sugar
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method-
* Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler.
* In a bowl mix the eggs and sugar.
* Add the flour and mix well.
* Add the chocolate mixture.
* Add the vanilla essence.
* Grease cups.
* Fill the cups half with the mixture.
* Micro for 2 min and then rest for 2 min.
* Then micro again for 1 1/2 min.
* Can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
* Enjoy !!!!
