QUICK CHILLI PICKLE

Ingredients-

20 green chillies, chopped finely
Pinch of asoefotida
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tsp mustard oil

Method:
* Heat the oil in a pan.
* Add mustard seeds and asoefotida, let it splutter
* Add green chillies, turmeric pwd and salt.
* Saute for a minute
* Cover and keep for 2 minutes.
* Add lemon juice, mix well .
* Take it off fire and let it cool.
* Store in an air-tight container. And keep it in the fridge. Enjoy !!!!!!!!
