Ingredients-
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup milk
juice of 1 lemon
1. Combine all ingredients and leave over night
1 cup grated apple
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 chopped banana
¼ cup mixed berries
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
5 dried apricots
3 tbsp honey
½ cup yoghurt
6 mint leaves, chopped
2. Add all ingredients to muesli, drizzling with yoghurt and honey at the end.
